We want you to be satisfied with increases in productivity, satisfied with not doing the repetitive tasks that our solution now does automatically, and satisfied with our attention to detail and our unrivalled customer support.

It’s only fair that we see this through properly.

So, if you are not satisfied, write to our Managing Director explaining the issues, and we will write you a cheque that month. The value of the cheque is 10% of what you are paying us each month (how we calculate that = total contract value divided by total term in months). We will also drive to see you to present the cheque and to fix any issues face-to-face. Is that fair?
